I want to use this page as a sounding board for administrating Toyota warranty policies and claims submissions. I want to make it clear that I feel, after working with different manufactures, that Toyota has one of the fairest policies in the industry. There are many "secrets" with Toyota's warranty, I know a lot of them, which means that I've made more mistakes than most.
